Victoria Lifeline is a non-profit service of the Victoria General Hospital Foundation that has been operating since 1988.We currently help over 5,500 people in Winnipeg and across Manitoba to lead active, independent lives. With just a press of a button, you are connected to the response centre and can access the help you need 24 hours a day whether it be due to a fall or any situation requiring emergency services (ambulance, fire or even police). Now, Lifeline with AutoAlert can provide help for people who’ve fallen even when they can’t press their button.
We provide a personal, caring connection; the security you need and reassurance for your family and friends. Our buttons are lightweight, waterproof and discreet.
Our partnership with the Foundation keeps us integrated in the health care system and aware of issues facing patients, their families and health care professionals. Our partnership with Philips Lifeline, Canada’s leading personal response service, ensures Manitobans have access to their response centre and highly trained monitoring staff, as well as their state-of-the-art technology and user-friendly products.
